It is possible to send bulk shipments through Stiply. This is an easy way to have a large list of recipients sign an identical document. For example, this can be used for a general addendum to employment contracts that need to be signed by all employees.

Step 1: Click on ''Batch''.

Step 2: Click on ''New batch request''. This can be either a Microsoft Word file, or a PDF file.

Step 3: Here, you can add all the email addresses of the signatories. Please note: separate each email address with one or more spaces. Satisfied? Click on "Save signers."

Step 4: Now you can start formatting the document. Here are a few different functionalities that can be used.

Green: Signature Field: This field is mandatory, and each signer must be assigned a signature field.

Red: Initial Field: This is a field that can be used to place an initial. It is not mandatory for all signers.

Blue: Text field: In this field it is possible for the signer to write anything.

Oragne: Checkbox: This is a field where te signer can place a check.

  3. Attachment:Here you can optionally attach files to the signing request. This could include documents like terms and conditions, among others. Signers are required to agree to these attachments during the signing process.

  4. Tags:You can expedite the process by adding tags to your documents. The Stiply application can then automatically place the appropriate fields on the document with a few clicks. At Stipply, we use the following tags:
