Nmbrs integration: Easy & efficient

Stiply users wjp utilize Nmbrs can integrate the two applications to streamline administrative processes. This integration enhances speed and organization by eliminating the need to manually search for signed documents or link them to the appropriate contacts. The integration automates these tasks entirely.

Benefits of the integration:

• Easy contract retrieval: Quickly and effortlessly access employee or customer information from Nmbrs
• Automatic document storage: Signed documents are automatically saved in Nmbrs under the selected contact.

This integration prevents manual data entry, document dragging, and unnecessary duplicate records, resulting in a more efficient process.

How to link Nmbrs to your Stiply account:

First of all it is important to have access to a Nmbrs account. In your Nmbrs account you will have to locate and copy the API token. Refer to this Nmbrs article for guidance on finding the token. Once you have located and copied the token you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Stiply account, make sure you are an administrator 
2. Click on you account name/email in the top right corner
3. Select "Application Connections" from the dropdown menu
4. Click "Connect" next to Nmbrs 
5. Enter your Nmbrs usersname and paste the API token in the designated field
6. Save to complete the integration

How the integration works:

After linking Nmbrs and Stiply, you can start using the integration! But how to use it best? Well it is very simple, in the walkthrough we will show you what steps to take while creating a new sign request:

As you can see in the walkthrough it is very easy and intuitive to use. You select your contact from Nmbrs, send the docment and once it is signed all the associated documents are added in Nmbrs under the corresponding contact. This process simplifies document management and ensures all signed documents are properly organized within Nmbrs.

Important settings in NMBRS:

When you're implementing the connection beware to select the activate the following rights in NMBRS:

1. Company Service:
   1. List_GetAll
2. Employee service:
   1. GetAll_AllEmployeesByCompany
   2. PersonalInfoWithoutBSN_Get_GetAllEmployeesByCompany
   3. EmployeeDocument_UploadDocument

It could be possible these settings aren't activated yet, this could result in missing information when using the connection.
