Zapier - Automate your document flow

Overview

The Stiply–Zapier integration lets you automate and connect Stiply with thousands of apps—without coding. Use Zapier to streamline workflows across sales, marketing, support, and more.

1. What is the Zapier integration?

   Zapier is a no-code automation platform that connects Stiply with over 8,000 other apps (e.g. SharePoint, Salesforce, HubSpot). By setting up Zaps, you can trigger actions in Stiply automatically based on events in other tools.  

2. Core features

  • Triggers: Events like “Sign Request Completed” start automated workflows.
  • Actions: Automate tasks such as “Send Sign Request” from other apps.
  • Two-way sync: Integrate data flow between Stiply and your CRM, support, or project tools.

3. Common use cases

  • Automatically send signing requests when a deal closes in CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Close or Pipedrive).
  • Upload signed contracts to cloud storage (e.g. SharePoint, Google Drive or Dropbox) when complete.
  • Notify teams in Slack or Microsoft Teams when documents are signed.

4. How to set up

  1. Create a free Zapier account.
  2. Connect your Stiply account to Zapier.
  3. Select a trigger - for example: Sign Request completed
  4. Select an action - for example: Save document in SharePoint folder X
  5. Customize mapping (e.g. document file, signer email).
  6. Test the Zap and turn it on.

Important Notes

  • Zapier supports Stiply integration with all major CRMs, cloud storage, communication, and project tools.
  • Setting up a Zap requires permission to access your Stiply and target app accounts.
  • Test your Zaps carefully to ensure correct file/data mappings and functionality.
  • For some tools (e.g. SharePoint & Salesforce) you'll need a paid Zapier account
