You can manage users and assign permissions in Stiply. The following fields can be filled in:
Email: Here you enter the user's email address. If you're changing this for an existing user, a verification link will be sent to the new email address. Note: if there is only one user or if you're selecting the user you're currently logged in as, changing the email address will log you out immediately.
Name: Here you can enter the user's name. This name might be visible to signatories when they receive a signing request. So, choose carefully what you put here.
Department: Here you can optionally enter the department where the user works, such as sales, marketing, HR, etc.
Permissions: Here you can indicate what permissions a user has. There are three options:
a. Administrator: This user can access all account settings, add users, and purchase additional products.
b. View all sign requests: This user can see all signing requests created in the account in their overview.
c. Edit all sign requests: This user can perform all signing request actions, such as extending the signing deadline or sending a reminder, for all signing requests.
Report: This user receives a summary of sent and signed documents at the end of each month.
Action: Here you can delete the user. When deleting, you can transfer the pending signing requests to another existing user.
