Zapier

It is now possible to use a connection with Stiply in Zapier. By using Zapier, you can even more easily perform various actions between different apps based on events in Stiply and vice versa.


Zapier is user-friendly and designed in a way that doesn't require much technical knowledge to use. Because Zapier is connected to many different other applications, there are numerous possibilities available.

What is it?

Zapier is a tool that allows you to automate tasks by connecting different apps together. This works by linking actions to specific triggers in different apps. When the trigger in one app is activated, an action is automatically executed in another app. This is referred to as a "Zap."

How does it work?

It works very simple. First go to Zapier | Automation that moves you forward. Then log in here, or create an account. Then you can create your ‘Zap’ here.

Examples

You can use Zapier, for example, to ensure that a signed document is automatically uploaded to a specific folder on Google Drive or Sharepoint. You can then set the completion of a sign request as a ‘trigger’. Then you can link an action to it, in this case uploading the signed document and proof document to, for example, Google Drive. By setting this up, the signed documents will then be automatically uploaded to the correct folder. That’s very easy for your administration!

 Below are example videos of 2 Zaps. The first example video demonstrates how to automatically upload a signed document from Stiply to Google Drive. The second example video shows how to send a signing request from Stiply based on a HubSpot form.

 Please note that these are just two examples of how Zaps can be configured. There are many more possibilities.

Templates

To ensure that it is as easy as possible to use Zapier, we have developed templates. These are standard 'Zaps' that we have already created, which can be adopted and used easily and immediately.

We have developed 4 templates. We have developed a template for creating a Zap where signed documents are automatically uploaded to Google Drive, OneDrive or Sharepoint. We have also developed a template for creating a Zap, where a signature request is automatically sent as soon as a customer has completed a form in Hubspot.
