The checkbox helps signatories agree to something, for example. But making a choice can be a bit more complex. That's where radio buttons come in. Radio buttons allow you to make a selection within a group. A choice must be made within this selection.
Here's how it works:
Step 1: Drag a radio button to the desired location.
Step 2: Click on the radio button to give it a selection name (group name).
Step 3: Add another radio button to the document.
Step 4: Click on the placed radio button and select the same selection name as the first button.
From that moment on, the signatory needs to make a choice from one of the options within the selection. You can add as many buttons as you want to the selection.
