How to Sent a Request with Multiple Documents in Stiply

Step 1: Log into Your Stiply Account

  • Visit Stiply's Website and log into your account using your credentials.

Step 2: Upload Multiple Documents

  • Go to the Documents section in your Stiply account.
  • Click on Upload Documents and select the first document to upload for signing.
  • You'll get to a next page where you can add the other documents and change settings of the request.

Step 3: Add Signers for Each Document

  • After uploading, assign signers tothe sign request, all added signers have to sign all the documents.
  • Specify the fields (such as signature, date, etc.) in each document.

Step 4: Send the Documents for Signature

  • Once the documents are ready and the signers have been assigned, click Send to dispatch the documents for signing.
  • Recipients will receive one email for each document, containing a link to the document that requires their signature.

Step 5: Track the Signing Process

After sending the documents, you can track the status of each one. In your Stiply account, the status will show as:

  • In Progress: Document is awaiting signatures.
  • Signed: Document has been completed and signed.
  • Failed: Document has not been signed.

If one of the signers cancels their request to sign the document the whole request will be cancelled. It is not possible to download the request with the signatures of the other signers as the document is marked incomplete.
