In Stiply, you can adjust and manage various account settings, including branding, email settings, attachments, users, and add-ons. These instructions help you configure your account in a secure and structured way.
1. Account-Level Settings
Adjust settings such as logo, email address, language, authentication, and address book.
Branding
- Logo: visible to signers
- Website: shown in sign requests
- Colour: customise the visual style
Account Details
- Account name and account email (reply-to)
- Language: choose the language of the application
- Two-factor authentication: login required via SMS code
- Address book: store contacts (toggleable, with automatic deletion)
Signing Options
- Default deadline and reminder period
- Default identification method
- Allowed signature types (typing, upload, prefilled)
2. Sign Requests and Email
Configure the content and behaviour of emails and notifications for sign requests.
Settings
- Email domain and sender (account or user)
- Sender name and default subject
- Accompanying text and email templates (with ‘Default’ option)
- Texts for extended deadlines, success messages, and waiting screens
- Delivery method for signed documents: as attachment or download link
3. Attachment Management
View saved attachments and choose how they are included in requests.
Options
- Do not include by default
- Always include as attachment
- Always include as general terms and conditions
4. Managing Users
Manage users within your account (permissions, access, activity). See the article Managing Users for details.
5. Subscription & Add-ons
View your subscription and available add-ons, such as authentication methods. You can also upgrade or cancel here.
6. My Profile & My Activity
- My profile: edit your personal and contact information
- My activity: view login history and authorise new IP addresses
Note: These settings are available to administrators. When configuring email and attachments, you can choose between attachments or download links, depending on your organisation’s security and privacy policy.
