Managing pending signing requests

Pending signing requests can be managed through the "open" overview. Here, you can perform bulk actions on all signing requests or choose to manage specific signing requests individually. You can perform the following bulk actions:

  1. Extend deadline

  2. (Re)send signing requests


At a specific level, you can change the following things:

  1. Extend deadline.

  2. (Re)send sign request.

  3. Cancel sign request.

  4. Change email address (this can be done through the "Resend Signing Request" button).

  5. Mobile number (only applicable for SMS authentication).

  6. Modify personal data (only applicable for iDIN authentication method).


You can also see that there are 4 traffic lights per signatory. These indicate where the signatory is in the signing process and whether it has been successfully completed. You can see the following:

  1. Email has been received.

  2. E-mail has been opened.

  3. Document has been opened.

  4. Document has been signed.
