Stiply follows the "privacy-by-design and by default" principle. This means that Stiply only stores necessary data for the shortest possible duration.
The Cloud platform is certified according to ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards. European AWS servers are used for data storage. This server infrastructure is located in Frankfurt (DE). Other services, such as the mail server, are also based in Europe.
The Cloud team responsible for managing the Stiply infrastructure and Cloud environment is also certified with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 27017.
After 3 days, the document is removed. If a download link for the document is used, the file remains stored for a longer period. Stiply deletes all data and files on the 1st of each month if they have been stored on the servers for more than a month.
