You can easily cancel your Stiply subscription directly within the Stiply environment. Please note that only users with Administrator permissions are able to cancel a subscription. When you cancel your subscription, it will be terminated at the next renewal date:
- Monthly subscription: the subscription will end on the same date in the following month.
- Annual subscription: the subscription will remain active until the date on which it would normally be renewed.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Stiply environment using an account with Administrator permissions.
2. Click on your account name in the top-right corner and select “Subscriptions”.
3. Under your current subscription, click “Change subscription”.
4. A new screen will load where you can select the option to cancel your subscription.
5. Follow the remaining steps to complete the cancellation process.
You can continue to use the service until the end of your current subscription period. If your subscription has been cancelled but there are still active signing requests, there is no need to worry:
- Once these requests are signed, you will still receive them by email.
- Please note that expired sign requests cannot be extended or resent.
