The Stiply Premium subscription includes 35 documents per month and 3 users as standard. Need more? You can easily upgrade your subscription with additional documents and users.
Two ways to upgrade
1. One-time document bundles
Do you have certain months that are busier than usual? Add extra documents for these month(s) without having to upgrade your subscription on a monthly basis.
Available one-time bundles:
- 10 documents - €12.50 (€1.25 per document)
- 20 documents - €22.00 (€1.10 per document)
- 50 documents - €49.50 (€1.01 per document)
Please note: A one-time document bundle has a validity period that expires when your subscription renews. The renewal date is visible in the Stiply app.
Example: Suppose it's November 13th and your subscription renews on November 20th, then a document bundle purchased on the 13th is valid until November 20th (the moment of renewal).
2. Monthly extensions (with additional users)
Do you structurally need more documents and users? Easily upgrade your Premium subscription with a fixed monthly extension. This option is more cost-effective per document and you automatically receive additional user licenses.

How do you upgrade your subscription?
For both one-time bundles and monthly extensions:
- Go to "Subscriptions" in your Stiply account
- Click "Update subscription" next to your current subscription
- You'll arrive at a page where you can add add-ons and upgrade your subscription
- Choose the number of documents that best suits your needs from the dropdown menu
- Click "Upgrade"

Can I add only extra users without extra documents?No, additional user licenses are included with the monthly extensions. The smallest extension with additional users is the '+ 50 documents' extension which includes 3 extra users.
What happens if I don't use up my one-time bundle completely?Remaining documents from a one-time bundle expire when your subscription renews and are not carried over to the next period.
Can I combine multiple extensions?Yes, you can combine multiple extensions if needed. However, please contact our team to discuss the best solution for your situation.
When is upgrading to Enterprise more interesting?If you need more than 500 extra documents per month, or if you want to centrally manage multiple departments or locations, the Enterprise subscription is likely more interesting.
