How to request documents back
- Start a new sign request as you normally would.
- While adding a signer, click the Attachment-icon next to their personal information.
- Add some additional information to explain why you're in need of these documents.
- Select the right option from the available options
That’s it! The signer will be asked to upload the document as part of completing their sign request.
