Some documents require more than one signature. With Stiply, you can easily set the number of signers you need, so all the right people can sign in one smooth workflow. Keep in mind it is a default setting.
Why use this feature?
- All signatures in one go: Ensure everyone involved signs the same document, the same way.
- Collaborate easily: Great for teams, partners, and multi-party agreements.
How to adjust the number of signers
If you're an administrator, you can set the default number of signers for your organisation:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Click the Sign Request Options tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Here, you can edit the default number of signers for new requests.
You don’t have to fill in all signer slots in a new request. For example, if your default is set to 10 signers, you can still send a request to just 5 people and leave the other fields empty.
Important to know
- Stiply supports unlimited signers on all subscription types except the Light plan.
- If you're on the Light version, you can add up to two signers per sign request.
