Lost a document? No problem!
It is possible to download signed documents from Stiply. Users can retrieve their signed documents here. It's only possible to download documents that you, as a user, have created in Stiply. However! Please be aware that you can only download these documents as long as they are stored on the Stiply servers, which follows the standard retention period.
How do I enable this?
If you go to the account settings, under the "Account" section, you can enable the option "Download signed documents." Once you activate this option, the feature will be enabled for all users in the account.
How do i download a signed document?
When you navigate to the overview of signed documents, you will see a download button under the "Action" section. Clicking on this button will initiate a download of both the signed document and the proof document.
